Open a new chat in Claude (or your AI) and paste:

Find the most recent unread email in my Thunderbird inbox. Draft a polite reply that thanks them and proposes 3 times next week to meet — Tuesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Friday morning.

Your AI will:

Look through your inbox.
Read the matching message.
Open a new draft in Thunderbird with your reply written out.

You then review the draft, edit if you’d like, and click send — just like a normal Thunderbird message you wrote yourself.
