Follow up on quotes

The outcome: instead of scrolling through your sent folder every Friday afternoon trying to remember who you sent quotes to, your AI finds the silent ones and drafts follow-ups for you to review.

Find every email I sent in the last 60 days where the subject or body suggests it was a quote or proposal. For each one, check if the recipient replied. For the ones with no reply:

  • Draft a polite follow-up (don’t send — open as a draft)
  • Order them by how long it’s been since I sent the quote
  • Summarise: who needs my attention most

Your AI does the search, the check, the drafting. You review the queue and send the ones that need it.

Specific to a tier of customer:

Same workflow, but only for customers I’ve labelled as “enterprise” in my address book.

Different tone per follow-up age:

Tone: friendly for 1-2 weeks since send, slightly firmer for 3-4 weeks, “should I assume this is dead?” for 5+ weeks.

With CC nudges:

Same workflow. Where I can tell from the original thread that there was a CC’d decision-maker, add them on the follow-up too.

About 3-5 actions per run (search, follow-up checks, the drafts). A weekly review is well within Personal’s 300 actions / month allowance.
